By processing your payment through our online/in-store system you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of our return policy so please have a read prior to purchasing/returning your items.

We will be happy to exchange your product if you change your mind for a credit note, on the strict conditions that it is:

Any discount issued at the time of purchase will be reflected in the credit note. Shipping costs are not refunded. You have 21 days to return your item.

If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty in some way, we will be happy to give a full refund and pay the return postage costs.

If you have simply changed your mind regarding the colour, style, or size, we ask you to cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend tracking your item as we don’t accept the responsibility for any lost items in the post. Please remember to include a return form when sending an item back.
