This wrap is a soft comfortable stretchy design and washable, which allows you to wear it all day and even sleep in it without feeling restricted. An organic cotton re-useable pad has been added so that washing your whole wrap isn't necessary after every use just reuse your flannel pad for up to 6 weeks before washing it in a natural shampoo (chemical free) with a tablespoon of Bi-carb soda. We also have replacement pads available.
